‘Allegro’ – Vino Bianco
Yellow straw-coloured Wine, with white mature peach fragrance, jasmine and wild fennel. Soft and round in the mouth, the taste is full with a excellent minerality and wonderfully lengthy finish. An exceptional expression of a pure Viognier wine, strong demand in the home market leaves very little available outside Italy.
The harvest is strictly manual and collected in 15 kg boxes. Once transferred to the winery, the grapes are de-stemmed and kept for 48 hours at 5 ° C in a stainless steel tank, then crushed and pressed in a soft way. The must obtained is poured into stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature of 15 ° C. In April the mass is ready for bottling.
