The harvest is done by hand, collecting the grapes in baskets of 15 kg. The harvesting period goes from the beginning of September to the first days of October. The grapes are then brought into the cellar where they are placed in stainless steel vats and then subjected to light pressing. The maceration of the grapes lasts about 20 days. The wine ages for 9 months in stainless steel vats before bottling.
