Sarosa is a clear rosé, with an onion peel colour that identifies this wine from other rosè of the Upper Maremma. It is quite intense with a good structure, cherry and strawberry notes, and a wonderful balance.
Aromas and flavours open in the mouth caressing the palate, together with a comfortable freshness and soft tannins that persist with a fully satisfying lengthy finish so typical of the winery.
The harvest of the grapes of merlot is strictly manual in boxes of 15 kg. Once transferred to the winery, the grapes are de-stemmed and kept for 48 hours at 5 ° C in a stainless steel tank, then pressed in a soft way. The must obtained is poured into stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature of 15 ° C. The mass is ready for bottling in February.
